Antique vintage vanity hand held mirror, reticulated, gilded edges and handle, beveled mirror, porcelain hand painted cameo medallion insert on back of mirror
In very good vintage preowned condition
Measures 12" long x 7 1/2" wide at the widest part x 3/4' thick.
Mirror is beveled and in very good condition. Some light wear on the handle, from age/use, but all in all very good condition.
Porcelain cameo has an 18th century French inspired theme--perhaps the mirror is of French origin, though we see no markings.
The porcelain is hand painted, as is the decorative floral garland surrounding it. The back of the mirror seems to have a fabric background on which is painted the garland and set with the porcelain cameo.
