    Description

    Wonderful Ho-Chunk Native American basket, Wisconsin area.  Purse or sewing basket. Signed on bottom in pencil, June White Eagle BW 107. Nice patina to grass . Measures about 9" across and 8" high. No damage or defects noted. Just a beautiful basket with great colors. I am not an expert on native basketry so please view images carefully. This identification was done by an individual on a FB group with vastly more experience than I.
